By accessing our website or using our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
Enrolment in our programmes is open to children and young people aged 6-17, with consent from a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring accurate information is provided during enrolment.
Enrolment is made through our website or by contacting us directly. Submission of an enrolment form does not guarantee a place until confirmed by us. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability.
Programme fees are as stated on our website at the time of booking. Full payment is required before the programme commences unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. Prices are in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days before may receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future programme. Cancellations made less than 7 days before are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrolment, in which case full refunds will be provided.
Regular attendance is expected to benefit fully from our programmes. If a participant is unable to attend a session, please notify us as soon as possible. Missed sessions may be made up subject to availability.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward educators and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove a participant from a programme if their behaviour is disruptive, without refund.
